Dr. Cooper is actively involved in clinical research including a vision screen app designed for parents and pediatricians called GoCheck Kids. GoCheck Kids helps detect vision disorders in very young children, even those pre-verbal, to help eliminate childhood blindness. Dr. Cooper also assists with product development by providing valuable user feedback to the GoCheck Kids team.

Dr. Cooper has been practicing pediatric ophthalmology in the San Francisco Bay Area since 1994. She enjoys water and snow skiing, white water rafting, reading and traveling. Her favorite pastime is spending time with her husband and daughter.
